Welcome to the online training program at Muskoka Woods! We are dedicated to providing an outstanding employment experience and have designed this online course to help you prepare for Summer 2026!
There are 4 sections that you will be asked to complete including 3 multiple choice tests. Here’s what you can expect:
Staff Handbook Overview and Quiz
Read through our seasonal staff manual and learn about our history, vision, and mission, as well as what you can expect while at camp and what we expect of you. This will give you a good sense of what Muskoka Woods is all about!
Staff Deliver Sensational Days Overview and Quiz
SDSD is the acronym of our Customer Service Standards. Our number one job at Muskoka Woods is to keep our guests Safe, to think through the Details so that nothing gets overlooked, to provide Sizzle everywhere and all the time, and to ensure that Development opportunities are worked into our programming and activities. Our goal is to provide sensational days so that our guests will have an experience for a lifetime!
Risk Management and Safety Sign Off Sheets
Safety is our number one priority at Muskoka Woods. Not only for our guests, but also for you, our valued staff. Here you will learn more about how to manage risk and make good decisions at Muskoka Woods. You will also be required to read and acknowledge a few of our Safety Policy and Procedures and complete a multiple choice quiz about our Risk Management policies and procedures.

Our pre-summer training gives you a sneak peek at what’s ahead, begins to equip you with the tools for a great summer, and helps you get ready to create an unforgettable experience for our guests!
Your employment experience begins with a week-long Staff Training Week at the resort. This is a fun-filled week designed to help you understand our vision and mission, receive on-the-job training, meet new people, your fellow teammates, and of course, have fun!
